Tried to go there with a group of friends for hotpot at 5pm on a Sunday. There were only 2 other sets of customers at the time (one of them finished shortly after we arrived). The servers ignored us (they kept glancing at us from the computer) for a while until we verbally asked about getting a table. UPDATE SEPTEMBER 2026: This place has fallen off a cliff. Service remains great. But the quality and amount of the food has declined steeply. Along with the menu having lost nearly all tofu dishes. All of the side dishes like the szechuan style cabbage have been removed. This place is nowhere near the same or the quality it was when it opened. Got 5 different items and all were awesome and delicious
First time visit. Took my wife there for our anniversary. We had very high expectations. The server did not know anything on the menu or could answer basic questions. The tea took 15 minutes. A beer took 10 minutes. Our food was full of salt. It gave me an upset stomach too. Food was blend and had no taste except salt and some other strong ingredients. Chicken tasted like rubber. Just an awful experience. All the tables were dirty and they sat there for over an hour without cleaning them. Do not go.
