Unfortunately, my experience at this salon, specifically with the technician Aida, was very disappointing. The quality of the work was poor — my nails started chipping and falling off within just a couple of days. Additionally, Aida handled the tools carelessly, and it appeared they were not properly sterilized. I asked her several questions, but she couldn’t answer clearly due to limited language skills. If I could give this place 0 stars. I booked to get apres x done. When I arrived the girl at the front desk was upselling how great the salon was and how all the nail techs are trained the same. The woman doing my nails was getting instructed by another girl sitting next to her. I spent 2.5 hours getting cement that was 3 mm high which caused thick ridiculous looking nails. I’m not one to write bad reviews but I did not have a good experience here. I used to go to the Hinsdale location before it closed and always had a great experience, never got a chip in my manicure. I went to the west loop location last week & the person doing my nails cut me with a nail file which I didn’t know was possible so I was bleeding a ton under my nail.
