A good place to bring a group of friends Legendary Palace is a great place to bring a group of friends. I've only been here 3 times, but the dim sum is always good each time. Always try to sit on the 2nd floor-- there are more carts so you get more variety, and they come around more often.
Fungus with Green Tender No joke kids, that's on the menu. As is "Glutinous Rice Puff," "Jerryfish and Preserved Radish with Beef Steak," and "Sea Cucumber with Fish Maw." Fish Maw is definitely for the adventurous, and priced at $26, the high rollers. "Regular" dishes like kung pao or lemon chicken were pretty average and depending on your disposition, the many tanks of live sea creatures can be offputting. Not the best place for dim sum... It's always way too noisy and crowded, and usually not with Chinese regulars, which definitely says something. The decorations are beautiful, but it's like they're trying to fit too many tables into the room; it's way too cramped to enjoy yourself. The dim sum is decent and moderately priced, but there are definitely other places you can go for a better experience.
Good place for dim sum I think this place is good for dim sum and is not too expensice but definitely not cheap, I would consider this to be moderate price ( middle class). They have good shrimp dumplings and chow fun. It is usually not too busy. If it is prime time, you may have to wait maybe half hour or fourty five minutes at most. RUDE, RUDE, AND RUDE. If i could give this restaurant have NEGATIVE stars, I would.My oldest sister and I (who are Asian) went with a Caucasian couple and their baby. We waited for about 15 minutes before we could get to that empty table that was empty since we got there. Then, we were finally sat down. Love the Atmosphere! I often go to Legendary Palace with a large group of friends and have a long dim sum feast. The food is good and the crowded, bustling atmosphere makes me feel so excited and happy. It is definitely a very noisy place and the wait gets quite long on weekends, but I enjoy it nonetheless!
Very good food, very high class. The food at this restaurant is extremely high quality, while the decoration is beautiful as they have just remodeled it. The waiters and the managers are very nice people, and they always try to befriend you. I dont suspect its for more tips, but I think its because they like to make your meal there more enjoyable.
