They took my money and ran with it. Never showed up, scammers! They are not a registered business with Oregon or Washington so beware of these crooked people.
I was excited to use this companies service from all the reviews, sadly it was less then expected, if not for the expert artist that was sent I'd of felt ripped off!! I went through a thorough questioning to ensure my "Perfect Day" remained such but only half the promises were met! My new keratin bond hair extensions were severely damaged by a stylist working for Legendary Hair and makeup. I told the stylist that I had hair extensions in and she teased, pulled, ripped, and put product on my keratin bonds causing them to fall out during a bridal party hair styling on September 18th. Absolutely terrible! I received an invoice for services I never received. I asked for a quote, and they emailed back saying they weren't available on the day I requested (which is absolutely and totally fine) but then they SENT ME AN INVOICE for the services I had wanted but they said that they didn't have the availability! I called and sent multiple emails to get this fixed AND THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! Clearly I'm not going to pay them for doing nothing but tell me that they weren't available.
