I was a first time customer and Kristin provided one of the best salon experiences I’ve ever had. She was professional, kind, and efficient. I’m usually quiet and can feel awkward during haircuts, especially when I’m a first timer, but she made me feel at ease and taken care of. Kristen is great at her job and you can tell she loves it, she said as much while she was styling my hair. I would highly recommend her to anyone in Martinsburg or the surrounding areas!
Kristin did a beautiful job on my cut and color. She is very meticulous and explains the whole process to you as she goes. She is very sweet and friendly. I'm happy to be able to support this mom's small business.
