Called multiple times with no answer during "business hours". Guy called back and said he was heading into the shop now and would call me back(never called back) I go up there in person to speak with someone about setting an appointment the next day for my 2 sons. They asked what time i was looking for and instead setting the appointment, told me "just come in, we'll be here". Showed up at the stated time the next day, nobody there. We took my son here to get his hair cut for a graduation so after about 45 minutes he said that he was going to take another customer that was after us and said he had a appointment and he forgot so at this time I was just ready to leave and then I heard him state he couldn't cut cracker hair so he was not only bad business and unprofessional but he is racist
