Replacing windows on an older home was an easy process thanks to the professionalism and expertise of Legendary CalRep. Hector was great to work with and his follow up was exceptional. Two installers were on time, polite, and very skilled taking out older windows and replacing them with new ones. I had a great overall experience with this company and highly recommend them - follow up, expertise, pricing, quality of team; etc. were all top class.
Great windows and clean and neat techs
We had all of the windows in our home replaced by Legendary Cal-Rep Windows in 2020, and unfortunately, our experience has been incredibly frustrating ever since. Shortly after installation, we discovered that the large staircase window leaked whenever it rained. Over the past five years, their "fix" was repeatedly applying messy exterior silicone that looked terrible and never solved the issue. Hector was incredibly responsive, informative, communicative and made the entire process seamless from start to finish. There was absolutely no pressure at any point, which made for a really positive experience. The entire team was great to work with and our windows turned out wonderful!! We would definitely recommend to friends, families & colleagues. Thank you all so much!
Apparently there were a few staff losses that affected their service to us. From the very beginning I advised them I was concerened how they were going ot treat the transisiton at the threshold. After numerous calls during the time between when the door was ordered and when it was installed 2-3 months later, they still did a poor and unfinished job with the threshold.
