We contacted Legendary CalRep Windows and Doors as we were in need of a new front door for our house. I contacted the company and within a couple of days the sales rep. Jason showed up. He was on time and explained to us step by step what the procedure was going to be, the cost as well as the timeframe. We had windows replaced by them 2 years ago. It was a literal nightmare. They did not install the windows properly and made the window flashing too short. They also punctuated through the waterproofing of the house. After giving me the run around for weeks( mean while it was a rainy wet winter and water was pouring into my house ) about it being my roof and anything other than them taking responsibility for their error.
