Jason Allen came out and was a complete straight shooter. He provided me options that would make my house look the best and is most cost effective. I really appreciate his knowledge and expertise.
I could not fit the amount of unprofessionalism I faced while working with this company into this review. First off Todd the Vice President I believe. Treats people horribly. Goes back on promises. Tries to place blame on the customer when he or one of his workers has messed up. They took down my 600 pound metal awning WITHOUT my consent claiming they needed to do that for scaffolding (they absolutely did not) and now refuse to put it back up. I can't recommend these guys enough. So many times a representative presents their product and gives an estimate for the job and promises it will be done on time and the people doing the job will be neat and clean and effecient... Legandary came through all the way. Scott did a no pressure inspection and called back with a good estimate. I accepted the estimate hoping the job would be done on time and done right. We went there and requested to have some of our windows replaced . Next day their sales person came to our home with a measuring tape only , with no window samples and not even pen and paper to take note of the measurements.He promised to send the quote to us next day. It has been more than a week but we have not heard from him . We have called his business cell phone and also Legendary door/window office and left messages for sales person through their receptionist but not heard back yet.
