I love my Legend air ride shocks what I don't like is the fact that both of them blew in the back and I can't even get a hold of anybody in customer service there's no one to answer a phone so I can get a price and shipping information so I can order a new set of shocks this is ridiculous why have customer service if you have no one to answer a phone

If you are looking for air ride I have always said that this company is the best well Legends just stepped up there game in my book I never thought they could get better but after having a set of there shocks since 2006 one of them started leaking oil no big deal to me they have a bunch of miles on them after getting a hold of them they wanted pics of my bike and to send in my old shocks and within 3 days of my old shocks reaching them I received a box today with 2 brand new shocks if that’s not top notch customer service I ... read more
no costumer service. been three weeks with no return call. have called every day.
Thanks for honoring the warranty on the rear shocks. A lot of companies would make an excuse not to. Road glide. Shocks still intact. Dyna will be home finally by Saturday. I recommend your stuff to all I meet.

Yesterday I had Revo-A’s heavy duty and Axeo”s put on my 2016 Harley ultra limited. I don’t even know where to start. It is absolutely like a brand new bike the way it should have come from the factory. I’m still playing with the settings in the rear. Harley adjusted the front stiffer then they were instructed to do But are willing to make the correction for free If I feel I can’t live with the stiffness.
