They offer good service until you dispute services that you paid for and did not receive. We, per our contract, requested that our lawn be edged every week. So far this season (2011), they have cut the lawn twice, and the edging was only partially done the second time. A phone call was made to owner Bob Nadeau and he was extremely rude. He claimed he knew for a fact that the work was done by his brother. If he himself would have made a visit to our home, he would have seen that it was not edged completely.
