We had a complete re-roof and new gutter installation, all at a price so reasonable it was less than 2 other companies quoted for just the reroof alone. I am deeply disappointed in the service provided by RoofMate UK. Initially, we were thrilled with their workmanship and the promise of a 10-year moss warranty included in their package. However, after just two years, we've encountered significant moss growth on our roof, and despite multiple attempts to reach out via email and telephone, RoofMate UK has failed to respond or honor their warranty.
Not professional at all. Agreed to turn up. Rearranged 3 times. Then even rang on the day and they confirmed they will turn up. Did not show and did not ring to let me know they can't come. Then when I rang up as I was disappointed, they asked me to stop showing attitude. Wasted my whole saturday waiting for them. Very unprofessional with dealing with unhappy customers.
I called Shellis and explained what I needed done. He said that he would come "tomorrow between jobs" to have a look. I waited. He didn't show up, so I called him at the end of the day. He explained that he was very busy and didn't have time, but that he would definitely come tomorrow. A week has gone by and I'm still waiting.
