I have engagement with them for last couple of years, Hari's approach was ethical and transparent however recently they turned highly unprofessional and they follow unethical practices, trying to blame everything on tentants to suck out every penny possible. I had a very poor experience with Legend Real Estate Bella Vista and would strongly advise caution before renting through them. From my experience, the tenancy process felt unfair and heavily tenant-blaming. I strongly recommend taking detailed photos and records at the start of the lease, as I was later faced with damage claims that I do not accept or believe I was responsible for.
