Safe and Secure I am on my second deployment and it's nice to know that when I leave my significant other is in a safe environment and surrounded by people that care. The office staff is always pleasant even when they're busy and the maintenance goes above and beyond. The gates are also a plus. The amenities they offer are meet all my needs. I would recommend Legend Park to anyone looking for a nice apartment.
love LOVE Legen Park I'm going on my second year at Legend Park. I was the first tenant in my unit and experienced normal problems that one would have with new construction. However, the management was great at resolving any issues and had a good attitude about suggestions for improvement. The maintenance cleaned bugs out of my light fixtures, raised shelves in my most commonly used closet to accommodate special needs and adjusted the pressure on my showerhead. Sad, Sad Management There used to be a lot of negative reviews on here, but the management probably bribed all of them to take them down by promising to take care of all of their problems. That also happened to me, but nothing really got taken care of. If they weren't bribed, then the management did something sneaky to get rid of them, that??s how they are. Waste of Time and Money The Legend Park Apartments are cheaply built with cheap materials inside, while the rent is much higher than most in town. I've only had problems since moving in. My AC won't get cold, my window broke, I find bugs all over my apartment, dented appliances, and sloppy painting throughout with chips/dings everywhere in the drywall. My window was the only fixed so far. It took nearly a month and call to the director of operation to get it done. The apartment manager was very upset with me for going over h... read more
