Kayla is the very best!!!!! The moment I walked through the door at the leasing office, she said "welcome home" and that made me feel appreciated. She has a very great personality and is very patient. She helped me to get my application done even tho the system was giving some problems. Her bubbly personality made the process one that was enjoyable. Since moving in I've gotten to know Daniella and Marilynn these two ladies are wonderful beings. Hats off to these 3 ladies you've made a lasting impact on my life
I currently just moved into legend oaks, and the reason for my move was simply because of miss kayla, and the fire she has when it comes to her job. She's respectful and very mindful. She took her time to make sure that I understood the process she walked me around the community. To make me feel comfortable with the move, I had never met anyone. EDIT: A day after this review was posted the front office contacted us to come by. What ended up happening within maybe a week or 2 later was the the cabinets got replaced and since then? No termites..thank you. ORIGINAL REVIEW: As I’m typing this a termite flew into my leg. We moved from a smaller unit in building 9 in January 2025 but that apartment didn’t have termites. Music issue We moved into this upstairs unit back in January 2025. Before then we were in a one bedroom, one bath in a different building for at least least three years. In those three years, I never made a noise complaint about a neighbor except one time when someone’s dog would not stop barking, but it was resolved within the same day. Fast-forward to about a 3 or so months ago, where all of a sudden we start hearing and feeling bass boom from beneath our feet. Very happy with my new move here and Jaiden, who worked with me on my lease, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and accommodating. Will update review if needed in the future but for now, well earned 4 stars (the speed bumps at the entrance are terrible, that is it, wo really, 4.5 stars if I could since that is my only displeasure).
