Leasing was easy and quick thanks to the leasing specialist, Kayla. She along with the rest of the office staff are helpful and welcoming. Apartment was ready to move in and I absolutely love it! This is my first time having a renting process be enjoyable and easy.
From the moment I walked in the office Kayla was very welcoming, she is very attentive and knowledgeable, if she doesn’t know she will definitely figure it out and follow up. Shes gone above & beyond for my famiky and we are very appreciative. Thanks for everything.
Poor management. I have had an issue with my neighbors blasting music at all times of the night, including 3 AM on weekdays. My upstairs neighbors are also very careless and constantly make noise, shaking my apartment. I have recorded countless videos and sent them to multiple people within the management team, yet nothing has been fixed. I've lived here for 2.5 years, and Kayla Crooks has been a delight to to conduct business with, and also as an on-site neighbor that understands the intricacies of living in this community. People care, but also know how to mind their business. Kayla is a beautiful spirit inside and out, and has a level of empathy sorely needed in the rental property industry as a whole. Real problem-solver, and go-getter. Essential part of the management team.
