Disgusting Living Conditions – Stay Away! This place is filthy. I’ve dealt with cockroaches for months—pest control came five times and did nothing. Now there’s mouse problem too. The office staff doesn’t care. No security, the gate is always open, and nothing gets fixed. My car was in the parking lot when someone tried to steal it and broke the lock. I’m tired of emptying my kitchen for useless pest control. Cancel my lease so I can leave. This is not a home—it’s a health and safety nightmare. Apt 422
Horrible numbering system made worse by no guide signs
Don't move here, AC doesn't work, the washer is broken, and the maintenance company doesn't fix anything for you. They just want your rent $1850 for 1 old bedroom . Even 1 star is too much.
I wish i could leave zero star,I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction with my current living experience at this property. The conditions here are unacceptable and have caused me significant inconvenience and health concerns. Firstly, the presence of cockroaches throughout the apartment is a constant problem. I do not recommend this place There are cockroaches all over the place even after pest control came and it took about 3 months to bring them. They have 6 or 7 people to make repairs on the property but they are not efficient at all or even attend to calls, the administrative sector is a bunch of useless people who do not solve anything only interested in receiving the money on time.
