Apt 1938…. Good morning, I hope you are well, since October and November I had some pending requests. I have written to change the yellow bulbs in the whole apartment and put the white light ones please since they hurt my son and me. Thank you very much for the repair of the washing machine and the kitchen cabinets, it would be missing if you are so kind to change the yellow lights of the whole apartment replace them with WHITE light bulbs!!
It seems irresponsible to me with so many tenants that they have, they are called for maintenance and they take 3 to 4 months to go fix things, I have had my washing machine damaged since November 2025 and we are on February 21, 2026 and they have not even been able to come!! Don't pay them the rent so they can see how in less than 1 month they take it out of one of their apartment. Apt 1938!
My apartment wasn’t ready when I moved in and it’s really hard to get things fixed. After signing the lease I went in my apartment and saw them gluing a door together saying a new one has been ordered and on the way. I’m still waiting. I have made requests and been to the office and get no response. I’ve been here less than a month. Heater and stove don’t work! Here are some of the pictures from my move in. The employees are unfriendly. The low prices are for a reason, everyone is leaving because of the poor condition of the place and the incompetence of the maintenance staff.
