Yall need to make sure the apartments r ready b4u let people move in. NOTHING WAS READY . Not the dishwasher the door knowbs or floor in the bathroom is peeling up horribly. The ac didnt work. Niether did the garage disposal. The ice maker didnt work. The back door screen was completely off the hinges when we moved in and still is. The washer doesn't work. I am beyond frustrated living here. Apartments are very spacious and great layout however I have lived here for 9 days and so far EVERYTHING HAS BEEN HORRIBLE AND THE LEASING OFFICE DOESN'T CARE . upon moving in apartment was filthy gave them 6 hours to clean it that wasn't done. Next day can't take a shower, shower doesn't work had to wait four hours for that to get done. Also the shower is disgusting. So much pervious hair that wasn't cleaned out and every time I turn on my shower there are lots of black specs in the tub! ... read more
After several conversations with represenitives of Legend Oaks Apartments to resolve the maintenence issues in my apartment it took many visits to get those issues finaly resolved. First , I notified management 2 weeks ago and nothing was done . In fact, maintenence, reported the work completed at which it wasn't. Second, once a maintenence person showed up part of the work was completed but what was not completed I had to let management know that the work was incomplete.
