Do not live here me and my sister and my two-year-old moved in here when I was pregnant with my son ROACH INFESTED appliances broken maintenance refuse to fix, the toilet was constantly flooding the bathroom the sink in the kitchen always flooded it ended up warping the floors dishwasher was broken then whole time same with microwave. Going to hell and quickly. If you move in here, you will listen to large and small dogs on the deck barking all day. Its a terrible environment to live in. Management seems unwilling or unable to do anything about it UPDATE. Dog issue seems to be resolved at this time. Adjusting rating for 1 to 3.
Buenas tardes. En varias oportunidades hemos acudido a la oficina a presentar reclamos por una infestacion de cucarachas. Solo vinieron a fumigar una sola vez. Hemos ido, hemos dejado msjs, hemos escrito por la página y no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta en positivo. Tenemos un recién nacido y parece no importarles.
By far the worst apartments I’ve ever lived in. Please save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. Maintenance requests get marked completed without anyone coming to the unit. One of my Appliances was left broken for almost a year. I had to submit the maintenance requests 5 times and call the management multiple times before anything was done. To the person replying to this: I called yall at minimum once bi weekly if not once a month lol.
I being live here since 3 years and this is my last contract in this place! Is so disgusting I wait around 1 months for the guys coming up to fix the problem for the moho and I still waiting for the new drywall! This truly disgusting and when I call to the administration the lady on the phone tell me that is not responsible for that! That's insane!! I will take law ways for this I have a child and this is dangerous
