My friend and I made appointments to get pedicures and were very disappointed. I was asked if I wanted cut down twice and twice I said "yes" but did not receive a nail trim. There was no cleaning under nails or around cuticles. My toenail shape was left so sharply squared that they chipped within days. We paid extra for the $65 pedi expecting a hot stone massage. Paid for gel nails, 4 days later 2 nails huge chunks falling off, I go back in, she redid that nail..3 days later 3 more nails chipping very bad. I go in, she blames my nails for being oily...lol I've been doing gel nails for 18 yrs, she was rude and refused to tell me the owners name. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!

This was my 2nd visit to this nail salon. I wanted to treat myself & get the very best pedicure they offered. I also needed to have my gel type nails changed to the dipping powder type. First, the pedicure: Didn’t use a metal callous remover, just a small plastic pumous stone that didn’t do much. Otherwise, it might have been a relaxing & pleasant experience. BUT, the nail technician came over & placed the smelly liquid solution used to soak off my old gel type nails on my lap! It could have easily spilled onto my clothes! A... read more
