Vinny always does a great job. He’s consistent, efficient, and lets me just relax and listen to an audio book while he works. Always a great experience and I love that he takes apts.
I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years! Always satisfied but today I will be looking for another nail bar. I was rushed, my nails are uneven and was charged $77 for a VERY simple set. I’ve never been charged that amount with beautiful nail art applied. Very disappointed either today’s service.
I called ahead on Saturday and was told they would have availability in 20 minutes but after arriving, I still had to wait an additional 30 minutes before my pedicure even started. Unfortunately, the service only went downhill from there. The technician applied the polish so thick on my toenails that it was clumped up badly. When I pointed it out, she removed it only to then apply more thick coats the same way. I explained that it would never dry like that, and I ended up telling her to just remove the polish completely. Absolutely a place to go!! Environment was welcoming, received a random next available tech named Tony!!! Omg, the water he paid attention to detail of my nails and concern was greatly appreciated. Not only listened, but went above and beyond during my service. Walk ins are welcome
