The team at this company is great. The technician came to my house to look over our forced hot water heating system. They found a number of issues on our older system. He quoted me a price for upgrading a number of items to get our system working properly. They came onsite at the agreed times and were very professional on each visit. I contacted Peter looking to have someone come look at a small drip coming from my AC. After I addressed my issue, he gave me an educated guess on what the problem was, and recommend another company that would better suit my needs. MW Heating And Cooling has repaired our furnace and thermostat a couple of times and installed A/C. They have been the best company I have worked with for our home. They have maintained the same staff over the years. The office staff is friendly and returns calls promptly. They are able to help out with weekend and unexpected repairs the day of, and don't ask for a charge just to have someone come out in addition to the repairs.

Being that we have a newly built home and we’ve waited approximately 6 months to determine how the rooms in our house would be conditioned, we had MW Heating And Cooling come back to take care of our concerns. Brian with MTB came by and re-balanced our HVAC ducting and was very knowledgeable as well as professional in doing the work. So far the re-balance is working to our expectations. Thank you Erick.

Prompt response. Very friendly and professional service. Turns out we needed a completely new system. We had a couple options we wanted to look at with the new system. Ultimately, it wasn’t cost effective to go with our original thoughts but our technician listened to what we wanted and was able to come up with a very good solution. MW Heating And Cooling has also done service work for me previously and we got the same great service at a reasonable price.
