Horrible service and worst experience in a car dealership. First of all we were there on time and the perdon that we were meeting,Steve Borke,did not show up until an hour later. While we were waiting for him another person was looking for the car we saw online and they never found it. then we started looking at other options to see what else we would be interested on. I recently “purchased” a car at Legend Mazda. When I drove the car off the parking lot…they did not fill up my gas tank, which is the norm when purchasing a new car at a dealership. I went back to the dealership to get my free gas tank, my third attempt at it, and was ambushed by the manager, Collin, at the dealership. For one, he refused to re-fill my gas tank, telling me that I should’ve been there earlier…and to come back tomorrow. Again, this was my third attempt. Our expierience in dealing with Legend Kia was superb. The saleperson was very pleasant to work with and ahe ensured she informed us of all the vehicle fetures and ammenities. We recieved such a good deal at Legend Kia in San Antonio that one week later we came back and bought a Kia Soul. We couldn't be more pleased. Our Salesperson Marianna was Great!
I explored the possibilty of trading in my 2007 Mazda cx-7 for a newer model. The sales Person Adam Fielding exceeded my expectations pre and post sale. I bought my Kia from these Guys. I had My own Financing, but I checked around and they game me the best price with my 2009 f150 trade in. I almost have 0 payment. My gas bill is 1/4 of what it was!
