Huge shoutout to Legend and the way they run their operation. My boat’s been down for almost 3 years. Legend had pulled the motor and a few other parts early on, and I assumed the shop doing the rebuild had taken care of everything from there—especially since they were the ones who sent me to Legend. Legend Marine is the only dealer in the area that is honest and stands behind the Mercury Marine brand. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my boat in the Carrolton area. A mutual customer of ours had an issue with a brand new mercury marine product. I called every dealer in the area and none of them wanted to be bothered with helping the customer. Luckily, our customer was able to find Don, and the issue is on its way to being solved. We need more good shops and stand up people in this industry.
Donny is a great guy. He represents the company well. I had a new motor blown, and he repaired it with no issues in very quick turnaround. I now go to him for my mercury services.
