I have been leasing cars from this location for many years whether it be Nissan or Infiniti. I wasn’t that thrilled about the last salesman I had for my last lease, so when they recommended him this time, I adamantly said no I wanted somebody that was willing to work with me and negotiate given my needs. Excellent service. Employees were wonderful. The recall was convenient. They picked up and returned the car to the house.
Absolutely terrible experience with the service department at Legend INFINITI. What should have been a straightforward recall on my engine turned into a TWO MONTH nightmare of fighting, arguing, and constantly chasing them for answers. From the beginning, it felt like I was being lied to and completely taken advantage of. Every time I called, I got a different story.
