I have had numerous quality issues with this company and if you are about to purchase a home from them stop now and DO NOT do it. Not only is the quality of my Bella vista/Legend home terrible but they do not honor the promises they make to fix warranty issues and additionally they cause more damage to your home when fixing issues. The foundation of our Legend Home failed. We had to pay to fix it ourselves. Do not buy from Legend Homes.

BEWARE! Do not buy here. If you have paid your earnest money just let legend have it and save yourself the additional stress and headache. I debated on writing this review but it’s necessary. Looking at the rating for this community, you would never believe the issues owners are actually experiencing. I regret my purchasing here and many of my neighbors feel the same. Hi my name is Roger I was reading and review from a previous home purchaser and the same thing happened with us with them leasing the home's to Camillo and I do agree that we did not purchase home to be next to renters or leaser's and then we also have to pay homeowners association which is not fair if we're next Leader's and renters we have also had our siding fall off we've had Plumbing issues we've had to microwave not working I've thermostat has blown out and we have only been in our home five months I would not recomme... read more

Hello I live in Merrylands, the new subdivision on W lake Houston. I have been in my home for approximately 8 months, we purchased January 31st 2020. I just learned that Legends homes are allowing Camillo properties to build 72 lease homes in the Merrylands Subdivision. When we bought our house we were not told of any lease houses being built because we would have not purchased. We didnt purchase our home to be next to 72 lease homes. I was lied to and deceived by the builders sales agent and when their corporate office in Houston had an opportunity to make it right, they decided to double down and point out that they have trickery worked into their contract so they can literally get away with fraud. I have an easement in my backyard that takes up half my backyard and the yard is the reason I bought the home and the sales agent knew that.
