Updated Review 6-29-24 - Sadly I thought I found a reliable, punctual HVAC company. Carmine now falls into the category of contractors that have to be begged to "Spend your money with." I'm in the service Industry and I've never treated a customer this way. The sad part is we as people are so groomed to thank companies when they show up (even late). Around 1:30am my toilet overflowed. Ok great I can plunge it, nope that did nothing, just made it much worse. Reached out to Legend Home Services, and Carmine stopped by that day to fix it. And in no time my toilet was back to working order. We went over a few other issues that were bothering me about my other bathroom and he had some great suggestions. Last night I had a issue with my HVAC system. After trying to handle it myself I had to call in a professional. Carmine reach out to me as I yelped for help. He was very quick in diagnosing the issue and had my system back up promptly, after the system was not staying on for over several hrs. 28 degrees outside.
