I would never buy a car from them ever again. I bought a used car and trying to get them to call me back or help me was ridiculous. Once you buy it they want nothing to do with you anymore.

It has been a "HORRIBLE" experience dealing with their service department. First-time I was there for a software recall was great. Now 3 months to perform actual warranty work and got so many really dumb excuses. It's approved, it's rejected, approved again and waiting for part. Oh, wait now rejected again. That's besides the other open recall work that were waiting for parts that I am not sure they were even ordered anymore.
