Called and booked an appointment for 2:15. I arrived early but then someone came in after me who booked online for the same time, so I was okay waiting (about an hour)& going next. Waited patiently then when I finally sit, my haircut gets rushed and he misses a patch of hair above my ear(saw it after I got home) and also wouldnt do the lineup which I asked twice about since I thought was it included(which he said it is). Rahim is a fantastic barber and an even better person. I was late to my most recent booking as the last client of the day, and he still took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a haircut. The environment is both professional and welcoming, all while offering unbeatable value. Highly recommend!
My husband and I were desperate for a haircut by a barber and luckily found Jerome at the last minute. More than pleased. Had to wait a bit since we didn't make an appointment but we'll worth it. Jerome listened to our wishes and went above and beyond. We'll worth it!!
