**Avoid Richmond American at all costs.** Mickey mouse work all over the place. Sinks were held in place with broken pieces of baseboard. Could never get anything fixed with one year builder warranty. They give you the run-around instead of addressing the issue(s) My front door still doesn't close to this day. Will not be buying another Richmond home again, I advise you to stay away.
If I could give them zero stars I would. I moved in and a whole drawer in my kitchen wasn't installed. They assured me it would be fixed, after 11 months of giving me the run, I still have no drawer in my kitchen.
