We had an amazing experience with Dot. She was there every step of the way, from helping my now-husband choose the perfect engagement ring for me to guiding us both in selecting our wedding bands. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional and genuinely invested in making the experience special. We felt supported and looked after throughout the entire process, and couldn't be happier with the experience. Thank you, Dot, for being such a special part of our journey. We couldn't recommend you more highly!
Exceptional service, the staff we so welcoming and they offer drinks on arrival. I came to collect a ring after hours and they let me in at their inconvenience, 100% recommend this Jeweller.
Always love the service I get from the staff I have dealt with a few & always get exceptional attention to detail for what I’m looking for or want to have made it’s great that there is still a family owned jeweller
This is a beautiful store with magnificent jewellery. The service we received from the lovely Dot was so wonderful - she is very knowledgeable and professional. We were delighted with our purchase and everything about this shopping experience.
DOT, the most amazing consultant. Helped me find my dream engagement ring with my partner. Made me feel welcomed & appreciated for what I always dreamt off. Couldn’t recommend her more💕
