You usually don't get an answer, but leave a brief descriptive voicemail and the area of practice you need help, if you know it. They did call back a week later with a date and time (of an hour or two long) to call back, it's 2 weeks away. You then have to hope you get through. Lengthy process. I have a feeling that by the time I talk to anyone, IF I do that is, my need for an attorney will be over.
