30 mins or more to answer the phone Everytime I've called or they'll hang up in your face or the phone disconnects after they said they will transfer you in going through a time sensitive matter I was told I would a call by today with no time or email and still haven't received a call...... This is totally unprofessional and disrespectful legal aid or not ...I will be filing a grievance if my matter isn't handled with respect and I don't get the service I deserve fairly
They supply fresh fruits, and veggies. I haven't seen expired or old rotten foods there. And Their deli dept. is awesome!
