I used to work in the area. For lunch, one day, I ordered my usual, fried shrimp wontons, over the phone for pick up. Unfortunately, they forgot to add a sauce. When I called and explained, the restaurant sent someone to my office with a whole new order, hot. They even refused a tip! I have always loved Legal's, especially this location. Last year my fiance proposed on Valentine's Day at my favorite restaurant. This year we hope to return to relive the magic.
Would not recommend. Not impressed at all. Over hyped. Worse than some local diners!
I paid to have it delivered on 12-22-15 by 12:00 noon as a Christmas gift for a party I was attending; the package arrived at 7:31 PM on 12-23-15! A day and a half late, all the food was thawed out and rotten! I called twice and never got " We are sorry" or "how can we make it right" all I got was I will refund your account; Thanks Legal Seafood for ruining a Christmas gift and providing the absolute worst customer service I ever experienced! A word to the CEO you need to get your act together!!
I always look forward to visiting Legals seafood, whenever I'm in the Area!! Great food
