These people DO NOT help the elderly AT ALL. They NEVER answer the phone, they NEVER provided assistance for My family member. Ms. Feiok was the worst EVER --- either she was NEVER available, she'd lost My paperwork that was sent to her multiple times over a period of months. She then had the nerve to finally contact Me in 11/23 to state that there would be NO assistance to My family member -- after I'd been attempting to solicit services for 7 months. JUST WASTED MY TIME ALL THE WHILE MY family member is slowly losing life ... read more
