Woman was VERY abrupt and NASTY when I called. You are supposed to be available for citizens who need legal assistance. I don't even know much about the legal system, am disabled and she hardly allowed me to get a word out. I knowyou are VERY busy, but RUDENESS is no excuse. But then RUDENESS IS part and parcel of the legal "profession."
