I would not recommend this county attorney’s office… Especially for cases involving mental health concerns. This team Has a complete lack of advocacy, guidance, and compassion for someone clearly struggling and in need of help.. I am beyond disappointed over how this situation was handled. It required urgency at all costs. None of that was shown. It was cold and dismissive and so so procedural. Don’t expect the fight or any kind of compassion. Alex Martinez misrepresented me on a OP that should have been vacated and instead put me in harms way making me homeless.
Woman was VERY abrupt and NASTY when I called. You are supposed to be available for citizens who need legal assistance. I don't even know much about the legal system, am disabled and she hardly allowed me to get a word out. I knowyou are VERY busy, but RUDENESS is no excuse. But then RUDENESS IS part and parcel of the legal "profession."
