Unprofessional, does not follow through, leaves you hanging. Lack of communication ignoring you. Rights were violated and the advocate didn't care to follow through. Basically throwing me to the wolves in such a difficult time. Very neglectful causing more stress then needed! Used the excuse we lost funding when I complained. If you can't follow through and help families to the fullest that you agree upon, please find a new job so someone else can! Look else where people, not worth the stress.
I honestly didn't think that it was possible but I was wrong I have seizures and PTSD and severe panic attacks I just figured that I would never be approved but my case worker at DHHR told me I needed to get in touch with legal aid there in Beckley and I put it off for a little bit but I decided why not talk to someone and see what they thought so I called and left a message and I received a call back from Mrs. Rosencrance and I told her everything I had been through and she said she would take my case and I'm so glad I made... read more
Mary was my lawyer for a couple of cases and she is passionate at her job great what she does and sees the truth in the situation you can tell she doesn't treat her job as a burden her heart is really in it.
Canceled on my fiance last minute after waiting 2+ weeks for a call back for their bs system just before a dead line to answer a summons. Was for financial issues explicitly stated on their site that they handle. But suddenly they dont. What a joke
Very nice establishment was tricky finding the parking across the street. But the employees are amazing and so nice
