“Fight against violence towards women” ?? I endured 5yrs of mental and extreme physical abuse from this man and today he was granted an avo against me and I was also convicted for intimidation over a few volatile angry TEXT MESSAGES that I sent. I'm disgusted legal aid I thought are sposed to help you they did not help me,they were good at passing the buck,l did not even get to speak to a legal aid solicitor and the office was empty!! The girl got all my details info asked couple questions and said go back and get centreline to help me,For a start centre link doesn't do legalities and they are there for your centreline payments only,this is the second time lve been to legal aid with 2 different legalities and they haven't helped at all.so they sit in an empty office... read more

There is a lady name Safa. She denied and refused my problem and express her unwillingness to help! Her answer is always “ sorry we don’t help it here” to my problems! Once she knows that I’m an international student then she requires me to give her every little details about my insurance then she mocks me by saying “ if you’re experiencing many trouble in Australia, you should go back to your home”!
