Horrible customer service very rude
Called for information about legal aid. First call, on hold for 20mins, CARLA did not give me time to respond before she hung up on me. Called back, on hold again, CARLA answered again. I told her that I was looking for help with a legal matter and she rudely and very quickly responded with a web address. Confused I asked what number I dialed and she responded with “the wrong one” and hung up.
