Wouldnt recommend buying a DR Horton in this neighborhood. Their contractors here make things worse when doing warranty work. Along with that our water bill has been over $300 the last two months due to their watering schedule they never changed before closing. Reached out to them and they told me there was nothing they could do. Not the America's Builder we thought we were getting. Make sure to get your own inspection done.
We love living here! The purchasing process was great. The location is fabulous. So close to CTP and convenient to restaurants, stores and entertainment!

If you are looking for a new community, then Legado by DR Horton is the place to go! Talk with David at the sales office and he will get you started in the right direction. David by far provided my family the best sales experience during the purchasing our home!
Our home buying process was very easy from start to finish. The details in our homes were everything we were looking for at the right price point. Kasey our sales rep came out in the rain on mothers day and showed us at least 5 different floor plans/homes and took lots of time to help us find our perfect match.
