Working with Legacy House Title was a breeze- highly recommend for great customer support and quick and professional service.
In my opinion, Dimitrious was rude over text and unwilling to have a brief phone call to answer a single basic question. When I asked to speak for just a moment, he told me it would be a waste of his time. Based on this experience, I do not recommend working with him.
I had a wonderful experience with legacy title house, they were prompt in answering my questions and guided through the titling and closing process, highly recommend them.
Legacy House Title is an incredible title company that goes above and beyond. I have seen them protect buyers and sellers so so many times. They go above and beyond and really believe in customer first. Truly trustworthy. It is worth noting, they are willing to do what is needed to get the job done when I have seen many title companies try to fit everyone in there system, where Legacy is willing to get creative to protect there clients. Highly recommend.
