Stay away!!!!! I never write reviews, as I always seem to be lucky and get great service everywhere I go. I live in San Marcos and want to keep my money local. I love supporting small business when possible.

Stay away!!!!! I never write reviews, as I always seem to be lucky and get great service everywhere I go. I live in San Marcos and want to keep my money local. I love supporting small business when possible. Patrick was likeable out of the gate but once it came to delivering product and adhering to a schedule, the wheels came off. It did not help that he was rarely in the office and I had to deal with a female helper that clearly had kittle knowledge as to what was going on. I would not do business with this company. Mrs. The part where owner of the store Patrick McDonald sold us the laminate flooring was easy and pleasant, but that's the only good part in this story. Rest of it is a nightmare that still goes on. Patrick promise to have it in his store in San Marcos two weeks before Christmas, today is January 11 and my flooring is still not here. Being resident of Fallbrook I wouldn't expect that kind of treatment from another resident, but I guess it could happen anywhere this days.

very disappointing Although Patrick was initially helpful, I would not recommend this company for flooring. They started a 5 day project for 2 days, didnt show up the next couple of days- we had to call and were told there was product delay. That happened again 3 more times. During the delay our whole master bedroom was not in use. Their planning is poor. Subsequently the master floor was placed then there were further delays- 2-3 weeks.
