Warranty request process is horrible and the managers do not agree with each other. two of the warranty managers ive talked with have been talking negatively about us - sent a message meant for her coworker to me instead. we have had a problem since early 2022 that is still not fixed and keep getting different answers from different people. they will admit that the problem is DR Horton's but will not give a solution.

I love the community here in Legacy West and wouldn’t want to move anywhere else. My house-purchasing process was made easy due to my sales agent, Chandler. Her knowledge, professionalism, and unlimited availability were greatly appreciated. Any questions I had were answered in a quick timely manner and she went above and beyond to make sure i felt comfortable throughout the whole process. A big thank you to her!
