Monica, at Legacy Wellness, is a phenomenal practitioner. She balances knowledge and ingenuity/intuition. My very-sensitive system responds so well to her treatments: I leave feeling more relaxed, balanced and centered. Also, the herbs that Monica uses are so affective! I have taken a lot of supplements over the years, and these are by FAR the most effective and helpful I’ve ever used. I am so grateful for Monica’s medicine!
I went to Legacy Wellness for a labor inducing treatment and it was the best decision I made during my pregnancy. I went into labor AND met my baby girl less than 24 hours after my visit and avoided a 41-week hospital induction. As an acupuncture newbie, I was so thankful that Monica took the time to educate me and put me at ease during the process. Her professionalism and genuine passion for helping others was refreshing and inspiring to be around. Thank you, Monica! I'll be back!

I recently enjoyed a acupuncture happy hour with Monica. It was fabulous. We all learned about acupuncture, had our first needles, and all started thinking about how acupuncture and herbs could become a positive part of our lives. Highly recommended! I'll definitely be back so see Monica :).
Had a wonderful and very relaxing experience at legacy wellness this afternoon. I've always been one of those people who are afraid of needles. But Monica was incredibly professional and gentle and explained everything so well-it took away any anxiety I had felt! It was a very relaxing hour-exactly what I needed today!
