Loved living here at first. Loved my property manager. However I am not happy about the way the community went sideways. I had issues with a very disrespectful neighbor involving my young 14 year old daughter at the time reporting did no good and then moving out was charged and absurd amount of money to replace things when our carpet was never cleaned one time in almost 3 plus years and made up charges for cleaning when we more than thoroughly not only cleaned, but made the apartment look better than when we moved in. I would strongly encourage anyone, especially females, considering this apartment complex to do their research before signing a lease. We were told our unit was smoke-free, but it quickly became obvious that the previous tenant had been smoking inside for years. The lingering smoke residue has been significant and has even triggered asthma flare-ups. This was never disclosed to us before move-in, but later confirmed by maintenance that the previous tenant smoked for years inside and that we should have smelt it prior to all ... read more

Had a makeup party with church sisters at the Legacy clubhouse. Very spacious area, bright & airy. Plenty of room for seating party of 12. Great experience.
