Verified Renter Legacy at wake forest is such a nice area quite and the staff is beyond helpful with any questions and apartments are very clean the recreation areas are very nice great location and friendly staff

Verified Renter It's a great neighborhood and I love the location. My only issue is the rate at which they raise some resident's rent. A retired, single woman who has lived here for multiple years had her rent jump $200 at one time. I understand inflation, but some things just don't make sense.
