Verified Renter Its a quiet overall area. Pool is small for the number of tenants. Noise complaints are overlooked/ignored and if we are complaining about ever day noises. The ceilings are very thin we can hear alot of things that go on however dropping of toys/furniture, kids running/stomping their feet are over the top loud.

Verified Renter The apartment and community are great. However, the apartment is not built to keep noises from the upstairs apartment to be so inconvenient. The noise coming from the apartment above is too much to stand. I am able to hear discussions fromnthe tennants above, not to mention their overly active children's activities and tantrums.
