We have been living in this community for just over two months. The community is well maintained. The main reason we rate at one star is that the resident above use, pounds all day long, the ceiling/floors must be paper thin, or the tenant above us just does not care about anyone else besides themselves. We have notified the office at least five times and the afterhours security three time and they only responded twice to our request, with no results.
