Very professional doctor and staff. We have had multiple eye exams and purchased multiple pairs of eyeglasses and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our eye care. The drive from Tennessee is worth the eye care we receive.
At first, my experience here was positive—but things went downhill quickly once I had an issue with my lenses. I purchased the OVO frames, which were the most expensive option available and came with a solid warranty. I also paid extra for special lens coatings that were supposed to protect against scratches. Within the first week, the lenses were already scratched—likely due to my work environment—and the damage only got worse over time.
