The staff is incredibly nice, and my initial experience would’ve been a 5 star review however I feel like I should warn other people about the Neurolense. They claimed it would help migraines caused by misalignment, and I decided to try them despite the >$1,000 price tag since they assured me I could return them if I didn’t like them. I received the glasses two weeks after my appointment, which felt pretty standard for new glasses however I could not adjust to the prisms in the neurolense at all. Very professional doctor and staff. We have had multiple eye exams and purchased multiple pairs of eyeglasses and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our eye care. The drive from Tennessee is worth the eye care we receive.
