Very professional doctor and staff. We have had multiple eye exams and purchased multiple pairs of eyeglasses and we wouldn't want to go anywhere else for our eye care. The drive from Tennessee is worth the eye care we receive.
At first, my experience here was positive—but things went downhill quickly once I had an issue with my lenses. I purchased the OVO frames, which were the most expensive option available and came with a solid warranty. I also paid extra for special lens coatings that were supposed to protect against scratches. Within the first week, the lenses were already scratched—likely due to my work environment—and the damage only got worse over time. 11/19/2024 I wanted to update my experience with Dr Fulmer and staff. Dr. Fulmer with all her thoroughness took the time to explain to me why she was ordering a different type of contact lenses for me. I said ok let’s give it a try. It took a while for the lenses to come in ….but WOW the wait was worth it!! My vision is much better than before and to my absolute satisfaction I do not have ANY of the problems I had before.
