Hi, I moved in here few days back and apartments are decent. Apartments are new and quite evenly priced. Legacy Villas office is quite supportive, thanks to Mariah for being very open, descriptive during initial discussions and touring and later on very helpful during the registration process. Hate it here,way overpriced, tiny 2 bdrm embarrassing and depressing.
Horrible and I can't say that enough ,these people are super unreasonable. I misplaced my key flob during the 1 1/2 year pandemic and they will not replace it without a fee.I have been restricted to walking through the clubhouse to use the pool.Also this place is way over priced,It is 1600.00 for a tiny 2 bedroom apt.I don't feel comfortable having any company,it's very depressing and embarrassing.
