My mom was in this facility for a week, then she went right back in the hospital. We were told that this was the second person returned to the hospital in a week. It was difficult to get the nurse's attention. They didn't notice she had a fever until it was 107. They said things to my mom like "do you think you're a princess?" and other comments with family members present.
