My mom has been in memory care at Legacy for 7 months now and we could not be happier with the care she receives. The caregivers love her and treat her so well. They communicate with us very well about everything! We have so much comfort knowing she’s in great hands!
Poor management three people got fired and LaTyara Jordan passed out the medicine wrong three times and she still there she was sleep just like the rest of us & one patient died because of the wrong medicine. They will sweep that under the rug like they do everything else.HR is not the person to talk to everyone will no your business. LaTyara Jordan gave one patient the wrong medicine and she said she was going to report her and tell her family and it was 2 pills told the patient they changed her time on her meds
Worst place for care. When hospice was called in for my father the staff was supposed to administer morphine every hour which they didn’t. Some instances it was 4-5 hours. After we left at nights they shut the doors to the rooms and my father tried to get up for help and fell and busted eye opened. When asked why was the door closed the response was to not let other patients go into individuals rooms.
