I loved living at Legacy! Would recommend to anyone. The property management are all genuinely kind good people, the monthly events were always thoughtful and fun, the pool was open all summer. I even won a giveaway event! Parking never an issue and i loved my neighbors!
TLDR: WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU'VE GOT OTHER OPTIONS My wife and I moved in here after we were married, it seemed like a decent place. But there were a few things we were pretty unhappy with. There was black mold on our windowsills, and the ventilation in the apartment was abysmal (hence the black mold). So even when we tried to clean it, the mold would just come back in a week. And this is in the middle of winter, so unless we wanted crazy heating bills we couldn't open the windows for a few hours every day to help ventila... read more
I absolutely adore living here! Emily and Allie in the office are so attentive and wonderful, and the maintenance guys take care of things in a timely manner. Highly recommend living here :)
Great place and clean apartments. But there is a lot of small things that are super inconvenient happening quite a bit, examples include, internet being out for hours, and in one instance, a full day. Power outages that have lasted for as long as a day. Water being out, low water pressure, a/c that can only get apartment to 74 while being on life support.
