Great place and clean apartments. But there is a lot of small things that are super inconvenient happening quite a bit, examples include, internet being out for hours, and in one instance, a full day. Power outages that have lasted for as long as a day. Water being out, low water pressure, a/c that can only get apartment to 74 while being on life support. The apartment was okay. There were lights out in the stairwell and my son’s apartment was up 3 flights of stairs. DO NOT PLAN ON GETTING YOUR DEPOSIT BACK! Doesn’t matter if you clean or patch. They are scoundrels about it. They tell you the rent is 1450 and then when they add on the utilities for the pool, weight room, etc…. You will be paying $1640-1700.
Hated living here! Front office people are horrible. I don’t recommend at all.
I’ve gone twice with out heat or hot water in the middle of winter in negative degree and they took 3 days to even come look at it because it went out on a weekend, then I couldn’t even get a hold of the emergency maintenance line and even had other family members try calling it and it went straight to voice mail, how I got a hold of them was finding someone outside shoveling snow hours after I tired calling 20+ times . I love the room layouts! The people living here are very nice. The dog areas, are cleaned and they ALWAYS have poop bags and trash cans right under them. I've never seen any poo bag boxes empty. Very accessible. The neighbors are great even meeting a few people while walking my dog. Pets are welcome, they even have a bath station for your pet in the front, by the office.
