I am writing a bad review because I feel like i’ve ran out of options at this point. I submitted a maintenance request on August 18th about a horrible leak above my shower that was quickly spreading all over my walls and above my toilet as well. They didn’t come to fix anything until 4 or 5 days later only because I was the one to call to tell them it was an emergency and they needed to act fast before my bathroom flooded.
