My friend who lives here had her car towed twice last year, once completely by mistake (they refunded just the ~300$ towing charges) and second time when the parking spots are full by 9pm and he left the the car with parking lights for just 8 mins to get get some stuff from her apartment. But the towing vehicle blocks the drive way like this for atleast 30 mins! Terrible place to live
I have lived here for almost a year now, and it’s by far the worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. Expect to have lots and lots of German cockroaches, no matter how clean you keep your apartment. Expect maintenance to take at least 2 days to respond to urgent requests. Expect trash valet to use the loud trash compactor between the hours of 10pm - 12am and wake you up. Except “management” to do nothing to resolve this. If you work from home, expect to hear workers messing with the garbage everyday, all throughout the day.

This complex exploits its residents. My friend lives here and pays a monthly fee for parking, yet there are never any spots available after 9 PM. They recently got towed in less than 10 minutes while running inside to grab bags because there was physically nowhere to park. It’s essentially a trap to make money. When the issue was brought to the office, a staff member named Ashton was incredibly rude and dismissive. It’s shameful to run a business this way.
