Son un equipo súper cariñoso y rápidos en atender todas las necesidades y preocupaciones de los residentes. En chritsmas me envolvieron los regalos que llevé muy bonitos y con mucho amor. Todos los días vengo al gym y esta limipio y todo organizado Cada vez que tenemos un problema en el apartamento están a la disposición de resolver lo más rápido posible

I know for sure that more than half of these reviews are fake and done from family or friends of the office management. This place is ridiculous with their rules and restrictions. Every days it’s a new thing that they decide to come up with. If I wanted to live under such absurd rules, I’d go back to Cuba and it’s communism. The latest of these tyrant rules are that kids can’t ride their bikes around the neighborhood. Vivo en esta comunidad hace 6 años y estoy muy feliz de vivir aquí el equipo de mantenimiento es excelente siempre están pendiente a todo mantienen la comunidad supper limpia y cualquier orden de mantenimiento la resuelven el mismo día las muchachas de la officiina son excelente supper serviciales recomiendo este lugar al 💯 feliz de vivir aquí !!! Me encanta llamar a Villa Vicenza mi casa 🙏

Living at Villa Vicenza has been the best experience! Been here for 9 years and it’s been nothing but great from day one! From the staff at the leasing office who are super attentive and helpful, to the very efficient maintenance team. Special thanks to the Office Manager, Zairy, who is always so kind and so very helpful and always willing to go the extra mile for all her tenants!!
