i’ve stayed here before never had a problem this time. I got a room with no AC was broken. My room was extremely hot and then the next day I had the water pressure I could not shower. I ended up checking out a day early. I couldn’t take the eat no more
My favorite place
The staff is very helpful and do the best with what they have. The whole week we have been here there is an open dumpster that is full of garbage that the birds pick out. The miniature golf is not usable and no shade. The water pressure is limited in one bathroom. The furniture needs replaced. The cancellation policy is non negotiable after 72 hours prior to check in so if something happens and stay needs shortened there’s no refund. You have to rent beach items or cabana room.
My stay at this resort was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, I encountered a spider the size of my hand in my room and no I did not have the balcony doors open it’s way to hot for that also— an alarming safety and cleanliness issue. When I contacted security, they offered no meaningful assistance and left the problem unresolved. This resort is amazing. The cost is very affordable, there are beautiful staff members waiting to assist, lots of amenities, & spacious condos that are a little dated but very comfortable. This was our first time staying here & will be our go-to resort for visits.
