Stay far away from this place! The pictures didn't look anything like the room. Looked like they use the fridge door for target practice. The room was not clean. My little ones were crying to leave. I packed my stuff directly back into the car. I asked if they had another option for a room. They told me no. Come to find out they gave the wrong room the entire time. My family of 4 (husband, me, daughter 13, daughter 11) stayed for 3 nights mid week. The rates were very reasonable. We have stayed here for several years and keep coming back. The hotel is 100 years old—it’s historic. The rooms are updated and clean. The staff are all very nice and extremely accommodating. The hotel is situated right on the beach. The rooms are definitely dated and they don’t all look like the model. But the location is unbeatable and the on site service is great. We had a few issues but the on site staff remedied them quickly. I will say Legacy Vacation themselves had several issues with our reservations but they fixed everything and gave us a great discount for the mistake.
